  Haven't stayed yet though, but experience so far is great.
  We had to cancel our booking due to temp sickness of my son and myself. And was ready to lose one day rate. But the lady Tracy told us that we could transfer booking, even to next year!
  It just feels so great that you don't lose anything when cancel booking for your own reason.
